This is built for intermediate guitar players who feel stuck- players who have some foundational skills but can’t break into fluency or creative freedom. (If you’re a true beginner, we suggest enrolling in our 6-week Beginner Bootcamp.)
Students often report more growth in 3–6 months of intensive learning than in years of casual practice. But your speed depends on your time investment, consistency, and how well you follow the tailored plan.
You’ll have structured assignments, practice plans, group classes, and mentor feedback spread across the week. The program gives you a clear daily roadmap so you never wonder what to practice.
You’ll have real-time chat access, video feedback, and guidance from your mentor (5 days a week), plus occasional 1-on-1 sessions in the intermediate track.
The curriculum is built to be flexible. That means lessons, assignments, and feedback are available on your schedule so you can catch up. (Though being present live is always best for interaction.)
Regardless of your style—rock, jazz, blues, pop, etc.—the curriculum covers core foundations of music and fretboard fluency that apply across genres.
Many have broken through long stagnation periods and unlocked fluency, songwriting confidence, and improvisational skills. The site shares reviews, testimonials, and “before vs. after” stories. new.learnwithsonora.com
The process begins with a skills check or evaluation during enrollment, and mentors will help adjust pacing. The program is designed to meet you where you are and push you progressively forward.
